The 1st robotic milking system Lely Austronaut A4 in Greece is now a reality!

Hellenic Dairy Automations, the subsidiary of Milkplan S.A. and the representative of Lely in Greece has announced the conclusion of the agreement for the installation of the first double milking robot in Greece.

Lely Austronaut A4 is a fully automated robotic system, which facilitates the milking process and contributes to the improvement of the efficiency of milk producing cows, to the good health of the livestock and to the quality assurance of the produced milk.

The robotic system will be installed in a farm of Central Macedonia and it is an ambitious project and a dynamic investment in the sectors of livestock farming and milk production. This innovative step is made despite the adverse economic conditions of our country and is expected to yield great benefits to the farmer.
